Zechariah 14: All Nations Will Worship God Collin Leong. March 18, 2026 (v1-21) The Coming Day Of The Lord (v1-3) Behold, a day is coming for the LORD, when the spoil taken from you will be divided in your midst. For I will gather all the nations against Jerusalem to battle, and the city shall be taken and the house plundered and the women raped. Half of the city shall go out into exile, but the rest of the people shall not be cut off from the city. Then the LORD will go out and fight against those nations as when he fights on a day of battle.  Exp: This prophecy is about the future of Israel, during the great tribulation , described in Revelation. Though Israel will be taken by the Romans in 70 AD, it's only one nation against Israel. Here is says "all the nations" , referring to the major global conflict against Israel and against God. Zechariah 13: God Strikes The Shepherd Collin Leong. March 8, 2026 (v1-6) Idolatry Cut Off (v1-2a) "On that day there shall be a fountain opened for the house of David and the inhabitants of Jerusalem, to clean them from sin and uncleanness. And on the day, declares the LORD of hosts, I will cut off the names of the idols from the land, so that they shall be remembered no more.  Exp: "On that day"  points to a future day of renewal, judgment, or salvation. "A fountain opened" means that the source that cleans them from their sins are provided to the Israelites. This probably refers to the Holy Spirit that goes into their hearts, when they believe in Jesus. In v2 , God will also remove "idols" from the land. The new Israel does not worship "idol" gods anymore. This refers to things that they placed above God , such as their job, status, money or even themselves.  (v2b-3) And also I will remove from the land the prophets and the spirit...
